Bank Jakarta Completes Distribution Of IDR 1 Trillion Funds From The Ministry Of Finance

JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta revealed that all central government funds issued through the financing distribution scheme of IDR 1 trillion have been fully disbursed. The funds are placements from the Ministry of Finance last November.

President Director of Bank Jakarta, Agus H. Widodo, said that the distribution of financing is focused on sectors that are considered to have a multiplier effect on the regional economy, especially small and medium enterprises.

"Bank Jakarta has distributed the Rp1 trillion funds completely and on time in the period 12'21 November 2025. This distribution is prioritized to product sectors that have high multiplier effects for the regional economy, including MSMEs," Agus said in his statement, Wednesday, December 3.

Agus admitted that his party had also submitted a report on the realization of distribution to the Ministry of Finance. After the distribution of government funds was completed, Bank Jakarta again relied on internal liquidity for credit and financing expansion.

Agus explained that the company is preparing a financing pipeline to support the national economic acceleration program. The distribution plan is said to be prepared in a measured and careful manner, especially if the government re-places funds on a larger scale.

"This reflects Bank Jakarta's readiness to carry out the government's mandate optimally and responsibly," he said.

Bank Jakarta, said Agus, opens the opportunity to get involved again in the policy of placing government funds as long as it is in accordance with the principles of governance and prudence. The focus of distribution will still be directed to the productive sector so that the benefits can be felt by the community and the regional economy.

"Bank Jakarta will continue to strengthen synergies with the central government, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, OJK, and all regulators in carrying out the intermediation function in a healthy, accountable, and development-oriented manner," said Agus.

Previously, the Deputy Coordinator of Special Staff for the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Yustinus Prastowo, said that the placement of funds from the Ministry of Finance to Bank Jakarta had been disbursed amounting to Rp1 trillion. This program is similar to the placement of funds from the Ministry of Finance to the Himbara bank.

"The placement of funds from the central government to Himbara for Bank Jakarta, we get Rp1 trillion. This is probably the beginning of this Rp1 trillion, because while looking at our ability to absorb," said Prastowo at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Friday, November 22.

Prastowo revealed that the placement of funds from the Ministry of Finance would not stop there. Given, the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi Sadives, revealed that he would disburse funds of up to IDR 10 trillion for Bank Jakarta.

"We have reported it to the Ministry of Finance. We will wait for it from the Ministry of Finance. But if the absorption is good, we can also get additional. We will join the center," he explained.
