JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) managed to obtain a new contract in the form of the construction of an integrated service facility or Central Medical Unit (CMU) at Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta Hospital worth Rp917.9 billion.
The project began on November 27, 2025 and is targeted for completion in November 2027.
In its construction, WIKA did several works including preparation work, lower structure, upper structure, architecture, interior, mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing and site development.
President Director of WIKA Agung BW said that the CMU facilities that were built would include improving services in various strategic units, including Emergency Installation (IGD), blood transfusion units and operating rooms.

"With integrated and modern facilities, hospitals will be able to reduce referrals outside the region, accelerate handling critical cases, increase service capacity and strengthen the competence of medical personnel," he said in a written statement, quoted on Saturday, November 29.
