The Price Of Coal For The First Period Of November Fell To 103.75 US Dollars

JAKARTA - The benchmark coal (HBA) price for the first period of November fell to 103.75 US dollars per tonne from the previous 109.74 US dollars per ton in the second period of October 2025.

Quoted from ANTARA, based on the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 348.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2025 accessed from Ubud, Bali, Monday, coal commodity prices fell from 109.74 US dollars per ton in the second period of October, to 103.75 US dollars per ton in the first period of November.

Thus, the benchmark price of coal fell again after experiencing an increase in the second period of October.

In the second period of October, coal commodity prices rose from 106.94 US dollars per tonne in the first period of October, to 109.74 US dollars per ton in the second period of October.

In addition to HBA with a price of 6,322 kcal per kg which decreased, the benchmark coal prices (HBA) I, II, and III also experienced changes.

The data is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, which divides the HBA into four categories based on the value of coal calories.

HBA, HBA I, HBA II and HBA III values for the First Period of November 2025 which are valid for November 1 November 14 November 2025 are as follows:

1. HBA (6,322 GAR): 103.75 US dollars (down when compared to HBA Second Period October 2025 amounting to 109.74 US dollars);

2. HBA I (5,300 GAR): 67.22 US dollars (down when compared to HBA Second Period October 2025 amounting to 67.76 US dollars);

3. HBA II (4,100 GAR): 44.02 US dollars (up when compared to HBA Second Period October 2025 amounting to 43.71 US dollars);

4. HBA III (3,400 GAR): 33.74 US dollars (down when compared to HBA Second Period October 2025 amounting to 33.92 US dollars).
