PT Timah Removes Director Of Operations And Production Nur Adi Kncoro, President Director Becomes Plt

JAKARTA - PT Timah Tbk (TINS) temporarily dismissed Nur Adi Kuncoro from his position as Director of Operations and Production of the company.

This dismissal refers to the provisions of Article 11 paragraph 27 of the Company's Articles of Association that Members of the Board of Directors can be temporarily suspended by the Board of Commissioners.

Quoted from the disclosure of information, the Division Head Corporate Secretary of PT Timah Tbk. (TINS) Rendi Kurniawan said the temporary suspension of the Director of Operations and Production of PT Timah Tbk. Nur Adi Kuncoro due to an urgent reason.

"The company announced the disclosure of information on the Temporary Dismissal of Mr. Nur Adi Kuncoro from his position as Director of Operations and Production of PT Timah Tbk because there are urgent reasons for the Company," said Rendi, quoted Thursday, October 16.

The dismissal of Nur Adi Kuncoro is stated in the Letter of the Board of Commissioners to the Board of Directors No. 96/Tbk/DK-01/2025 dated October 13, 2025 regarding the Implementation of Information Disclosure of Temporary Dismissal Director of Operations and Production of PT Timah Tbk. and Decree of the Board of Commissioners Number 12/Tbk/DK-01.2.3.4.5/2025 dated October 13, 2025 concerning Temporary Dismissal of Sdr. Nur Adi Kuncoro from his position as Director of Operations and Production of PT Timah Tbk.

Selanjutnya, perseroan juga memberikan tugas kepada Direktur Utama PT Timah Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro sebagai Pelaksana tugas (PIt) Direktur Operasi dan Produksi terhitung sejak tanggal 13 Oktober 2025 sampai dengan ditetapkan pada Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) terdekat.

"Keputusan ini tidak berdampak pada operasional, keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan," tandas Rendi.

Furthermore, the company also assigns the task to the President Director of PT Timah Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro as Acting Director of Operations and Production starting from October 13, 2025 until it is determined at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

"This decision has no impact on the Company's operations, finances and business continuity," said Rendi.
