JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) won the Most Trusted Partner Infrastructure Finance Award at the Road CNBC Indonesia Awards 2025. This award was handed over directly to the Chief Investment Officer IIF, Mohammad Ramadhan Harahap (Idhan), on Wednesday, October 8.

The award is a form of appreciation for the role of IIF in the midst of global economic challenges and uncertainties, as well as strengthening its position as a trusted partner in infrastructure financing in Indonesia.

"Thank you, we are honored for this award. This shows that IIF is trusted by our clients and we remain committed as a catalyst for infrastructure development that has a good impact on the environment and economy in Indonesia," said Idhan.

During the first semester of 2025, IIF recorded a brilliant financial performance with a net profit of up 27 percent, driven by net interest income that jumped 32.3 percent to Rp255.1 billion.

"The key is effective cost control. We managed to make public and administrative costs up to 22 percent lower than the budget, and reduced interest costs by 22 percent, so that profit increased," added Idhan.

IIF also strengthens revenue contribution from the treasury division through placement of the money market and short-term effects carried out prudently and selectively. This ensures that the financed projects have high investment yields in accordance with the company's risk appetite.

As a pioneer in implementing the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) with international standards, IIF affirms its commitment to sustainable development.

"The success of infrastructure projects is not only seen from physical development, but also its impact on the environment and society. Every project we finance must pay attention to biodiversity, protection of the surrounding community, fulfillment of labor rights, and mitigation of climate change," explained Idhan.

Support from shareholders such as the Asian Development Bank also strengthens the application of international ESG standards.

"This approach does not make infrastructure development backwards, but instead provides added value for the Indonesian environment and economy," said Idhan.
