Food Prices Today: Premium Rice Drops To IDR 15,918/Kg, Chili IDR 47,257/Kg

JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of premium rice at the consumer level fell to Rp15,918 per kilogram from the previous Rp15,956 per kg, as well as red cayenne pepper of Rp47,257 per kg from the previous Rp47,713 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Sunday at 09.40 WIB, quoted by Antara, other food prices at the retail trader level nationally are medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,674 per kg, down from the previous Rp. 13,852 per kg; rice Stability Supply Food Price (SPHP) Rp. 12,490 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 12,544 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp6,489 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,650 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,688 per kg decreased from the previous Rp10,715 per kg.

Next, shallots of Rp39,261 per kg decreased from the previous Rp40,221 per kg, garlic at a price of Rp36,496 per kg, down from the previous day of Rp37,199 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of IDR 59,025 per kg decreased from the previous IDR 59,566 per kg; then large red chili at a price of IDR 48,507 per kg decreased from the previous IDR 48,818 per kg.

Then, pure beef Rp135,078 per kg decreased from the previous Rp135,346 per kg, chicken meat was Rp38,027 per kg, down from the previous Rp38,180 per kg, then chicken eggs were Rp29,528 per kg, down from the previous Rp29,800 per kg.

Meanwhile, consumption sugar at a price of Rp. 17,900 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 18,071 per kg.

Then, packaged cooking oil of Rp20,665 per liter decreased from the previous Rp20,846 per liter; bulk cooking oil of Rp17,280 per liter increased from the previous Rp17,532 per liter; Oilita Rp17,283 per liter decreased from the previous Rp17,436 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour of Rp. 9,564 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 9,729 per kg; then packaged flour of Rp. 12,828 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 12,970 per kg.

The commodity of bulge fish at a price of IDR 42,195 per kg increased from the previous IDR 41,896 per kg; tuna fish IDR 34,779 per kg increased from the previous IDR 34,741 per kg; milkfish IDR 34,535 per kg decreased from the previous IDR 35,370 per kg.

Furthermore, consumption salt at a price of Rp. 11,487 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 11,587 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp. 102,926 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 104,729 kg, local fresh buffalo meat of Rp. 139,524 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 141,330 per kg.
