Minister Of MSMEs Reveals Realization Of KUR Capai Rp190 Trillion

JAKARTA - Menteri Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Maman Abdurrahman menyampaikan penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) hingga 14 September 2025 telah mencapai Rp190 triliun atau setara dengan 63,3 persen dari total target tahun 2025 yang ditetapkan sebesar Rp300 triliun.

"Alhamdulillah ini saya laporkan nilai realisasi KUR kita dari 1 Januari sampai 14 September 2025 itu sebesar Rp190 triliun yang sudah terealisasi," ujarnya kepada awak media di Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, dikutip Rabu, 17 September.

Maman menambahkan, KUR tersebut telah disalurkan kepada sekitar 3.241.000 debitur, yang terdiri dari nasabah baru maupun debitur graduasi.

Ia menyampaikan dari total penyaluran tersebut, sebesar Rp114 triliun atau 60,4 persen dialokasikan ke sektor produksi dan capaian ini telah melampaui ketentuan minimal 60 persen untuk sektor tersebut.

"Artinya alhamdulillah ada peningkatan dan memang sudah melewati dari target kita. Ini yang menjadi kata kunci terpenting bagi saya sebetulnya karena kita tekankan betul dari alokasi plafon kur, harus 60 persen masuk ke sektor produksi," jelasnya.

"Jadi kita betul-betul mengupayakan agar jangan masuk ke sektor konsumsi lebih banyak karena kalau masuk ke sektor konsumsi, tidak punya multiplier effect ekonomi itu. Kalau masuk ke sektor produksi, multiplier efek ekonominya besar. Penyerapan tenaga kerja, efek dampak ekonomi di bawah juga besar," tambahnya.

Untuk mendorong pencapaian lebih optimal, Maman menargetkan secara internal agar porsi KUR ke sektor produksi dapat meningkat menjadi 61 persen hingga akhir tahun.

Sementara itu, ia menyebut target penyaluran sektor tersebut untuk tahun depan masih akan dievaluasi berdasarkan hasil capaian akhir 2025.

"Ini di luar target resmi, lebih kepada motivasi internal. Evaluasi akan kami lakukan pada November atau Desember," tuturnya.

Maman added that the KUR had been distributed to around 3,241,000 debtors, consisting of new customers and graduate debtors.

He conveyed that of the total distribution, Rp. 114 trillion or 60.4 percent was allocated to the production and achievement sector, this achievement had exceeded the provisions of a minimum of 60 percent for the sector.

"This means that thank God there has been an increase and has indeed passed our target. This is the most important key word for me, actually because we really emphasize the allocation of the exchange rate, it must be 60 percent entering the production sector," he explained.

"So we really strive not to enter the consumption sector more because if we enter the consumption sector, we don't have the multiplier effect of the economy. If we enter the production sector, the economic effects are large. Employment absorption, the effects of the economic impact are also large," he added.

To encourage more optimal achievement, Maman targets internally so that the portion of KUR to the production sector can increase to 61 percent by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, he said the sector distribution target for next year will still be evaluated based on the results of the 2025 final achievement.

"This is beyond the official target, more about internal motivation. We will conduct an evaluation in November or December," he said.
