JAKARTA - Commission IV of the DPR RI approved the definitive budget ceiling of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) for 2026 of IDR 13 trillion.

The approval was read out by the Chairman of Commission IV of the DPR RI Titiek Soeharto during a Working Meeting (Raker) with the KKP at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 16.

"Commission IV of the DPR RI approved the budget ceiling of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for the 2026 Fiscal Year in accordance with the results of the discussion of the 2026 State Budget Bill by the DPR RI Budget Agency of Rp. 13 trillion," said Titiek.

Titiek said that the budget ceiling will be used for fisheries and marine management programs of Rp. 8.6 trillion, additional value programs and industrial competitiveness of Rp. 384.6 billion and environmental quality programs of Rp. 44.5 billion.
