Ada Demo Di DPR, KAI Commuter Melakukan Rekayasa Pola Operasi Lintas Rangkasbitung-Tanah Abang

PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia or KAI Commuter has engineered the pattern of operations across Rangkasibitung-Tanah Abang PP due to community aspirations delivery activities in the DPR RI Building Area.

VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter Joni Martinus said the Rangkasbitung Commuter Line trip from the direction of Tanah Abang was detained at Tanah Abang Station.

"To ensure the safety of commuter line users and safety of KRL crossing Tanah Abang-Palmerah for the time being, it was temporarily closed and the trip was stuck because there was a crowd of times gathering at the railroad crossing on JPL 41," Joni said in an official statement, Monday, August 25.

In addition, Joni said, KAI Commuter also engineered the Commuter Line travel operation pattern on the cross.

"Starting at 16.30 WIB, the entire Commuter Line Rangkasbitung journey to Tanah Abang, the trip is only up to Kebayoran Station to return to Serpong/Parung Station in length to Rangkasbitung," he said.

KAI Commuter apologized for the inconvenience, due to changes in the operation of the Commuter Line Rangkasbitung trip this afternoon at Tanah Abang and Palmerah Stations.

"We urge you to continue to follow directions from officers, and continue to prioritize safety," he said.

Joni added that this step was taken solely to ensure the safety and security of train travel and commuter line users.

"KAI Commuter will continue to monitor developments and coordinate with related parties to ensure the safety of commuter line users and users," concluded Joni.
