The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) has officially auctioned off the Legislative and Judicial Complex Road construction project at IKN worth IDR 1.94 trillion.
The road construction package for the Yudiktif Complex area is one of the main projects that support the development of KIPP to connect various vital areas in IKN.
The package is implemented through a multiyear contract (MYC) contract mechanism sourced from the 2025-2027 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).
"Through the construction of this road, it is hoped that an infrastructure development will be realized which can encourage economic growth to improve the quality of life of the community and the realization of sustainable development," wrote a brief description of the development package, quoted Wednesday, August 13.
Then, the construction of the IKN Legislative Area complex road took up a budget of IDR 982.08 billion.
Construction of 3.70 kilometers of IKN Legislative Area (km) is also carried out through a multi-year contract mechanism.
"The full period or period of work implementation is 660 calendar days, calculated from the start date of work as stipulated in the Work Start Order (SPMK)," explained the document.
Even so, the project auction for the construction of the Legislative and Judicial Area building area in IKN seems to have not been found.
