OJK Records Capital Market Fund Collection Reaches IDR 144.78 Trillion Until July 2025

JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) noted that until July 31, 2025, fund raising in the capital market reached Rp144.78 trillion or grew by 11.64 percent year on year (yoy).

Chief Executive of the Capital, Finance, Derivative and Carbon Exchange Supervisory, Inarno Djajadi, said that the trend of raising funds in the capital market still shows positive developments.

"The raising of funds in the capital market is still a positive trend. It is recorded that the value of the public offering reaches Rp144.78 trillion with Rp8.49 trillion, including fund RAising from 16 new issuers," he said at a press conference at the OJK Board of Commissioners Meeting (RDKB), Monday, August 4.

OJK noted that there are five potential issuers in the pipeline with an estimated potential fund to be raised reaching Rp6.28 trillion.

The largest fundraising comes from the Sustainable Public Offering of Debt and/or Sukuk (PUB EBUS), with a total value of IDR 110.86 trillion.

Meanwhile, funds raised through the rights issue scheme (PUT) were recorded at IDR 17.99 trillion, and from the issuance of Debt and/or Sukuk (EBUS) securities of IDR 9.25 trillion.

Sedangkan dalam pipeline OJK masih terdapat potensi penggalangan dana tambahan dalam pipeline OJK senilai Rp12,95 triliun.

Inarno menjelaskan, investor asing masih mencatatkan aksi jual bersih (net sell) di bursa saham domestik, di mana sepanjang Juli 2025, investor non-residen membukukan net sell sebesar Rp8,34 triliun secara bulanan atau month to date (mtd).

Adapun dengan tambahan dana keluar pada bulan tersebut, total net sell asing sejak awal tahun 2025 tercatat mencapai Rp61,91 triliun.

Meanwhile, in the OJK pipeline, there is still the potential for additional fundraising in the OJK pipeline of IDR 12.95 trillion.

Inarno explained that foreign investors still recorded net sell-offs on domestic stock exchanges, where throughout July 2025, non-resident investors posted net sell of IDR 8.34 trillion on a monthly basis or month to date (mtd).

As for the additional funds issued in that month, the total net sell for foreigners since the beginning of 2025 was recorded at IDR 61.91 trillion.
