JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) noted that until July 31, 2025, fund raising in the capital market reached Rp144.78 trillion or grew by 11.64 percent year on year (yoy).
Chief Executive of the Capital, Finance, Derivative and Carbon Exchange Supervisory, Inarno Djajadi, said that the trend of raising funds in the capital market still shows positive developments.
"The raising of funds in the capital market is still a positive trend. It is recorded that the value of the public offering reaches Rp144.78 trillion with Rp8.49 trillion, including fund RAising from 16 new issuers," he said at a press conference at the OJK Board of Commissioners Meeting (RDKB), Monday, August 4.
OJK noted that there are five potential issuers in the pipeline with an estimated potential fund to be raised reaching Rp6.28 trillion.
The largest fundraising comes from the Sustainable Public Offering of Debt and/or Sukuk (PUB EBUS), with a total value of IDR 110.86 trillion.
Meanwhile, funds raised through the rights issue scheme (PUT) were recorded at IDR 17.99 trillion, and from the issuance of Debt and/or Sukuk (EBUS) securities of IDR 9.25 trillion.
