No More Books Of Dipoles Financial Reports, Rosan Reveals Danantara University Strengthens Human Resources

JAKARTA - Danantara Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani revealed that his party is preparing strategic steps to improve the quality of human resources, one of which is through an initiative called Danantara University.

"Two days ago, yes, we also gradually gathered the CEOs of BUMN-BUMN, both the CEO and the director of BUMN Human Capital. Because, again, Danantara's biggest asset is, yes, humans. The humanities are our biggest assets," he told the media crew, Tuesday, July 29.

He emphasized the importance of a thorough understanding of SOE leaders, especially regarding the values and principles of work promoted by Danantara.

"We want to make sure our biggest asset really understands. Because they also understand comprehensively, their name is also the CEO. It's not just looking for high profitability," he said.

Rosan emphasized that he wanted results that reflect real performance and there would be no tolerance for manipulative practices such as beautifying financial reports.

"Look for quality profitability, which really reflects the performance we have. We don't have any tolerance for all kinds of strange things. It's like books are beautified in all kinds, nothing. Give it according to existing operations and as it is," he said.

Rosan menyampaikan fokus ke depan nya yaitu mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan BUMN untuk menunjukkan performa yang sehat dan transparan, berbasis pada hasil nyata dari operasional.

Rosan conveyed that his future focus is to encourage state-owned companies to show healthy and transparent performance, based on tangible results from operations.

"So, because if the point is only to look for high profitability, but the results are, I'm sorry, from various financial engineering, we understand that. So, now that era is no longer allowed. So it's really from good performance, the truth is, and the results of the company's operations," he concluded.
