Pegadaian Officially Reshuffles Directors And Commissioners, Damar Latri Setiawan Remains President Director

JAKARTA - PT Pegadaian reshuffled the board of commissioners and directors of the company. This change is part of a refresher of the organizational management structure to realize the company's vision and mission.

For your information, the change of directors and commissioners of PT Pegadaian was carried out on the 3rd floor of July.

PT Pegadaian Corporate Secretary Dwi Hadi Atmaka said that this change is common in organizations and agencies, including Pegadaian.

"We, all Pegadaian Personnel, are certainly ready to support Pegadaian's Board of Commissioners and Directors to realize the Company's vision as a leader in gold ecosystem and a mission to package Indonesia," said Dwi in an official statement, Wednesday, July 9.

There are several new names in the composition of the Pegadaian Board of Directors. One of them is Yos Iman Jaya Dappu who was appointed as Director of Information & Digital Technology replacing Teguh Wahyono.

Yos Iman previously served as Regional Sales Director of Asia at Creatio, a no-code platform provider for workflow and CRM automation.

He has also had 20 years of poor across the IT world and digital transformation.

Then, Selfie Dewiyanti was appointed as Director of Marketing and Product Development, previously filled by Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah. Selfie previously held the position of Commercial Director at PT Sarinah.

Then, Ismail Ilyas was the Director of Risk Management, Legal and Compliance replacing Udin Salahudin. Ismail himself was previously the President Director of the Pegadaian Pension Fund.

Furthermore, the position of Human Capital Director of PT Pegadaian, ERA Taufiq is now replaced by Tribuana Tunggadewi, who previously served as Director of Compliance & Human Capital Bank BSI.

Complementing the Board of Directors at PT Pegadaian, Budi Wahju Soesilo, who was previously the President Director of PT Pupuk, East Kalimantan, was appointed as Deputy President Director to accompany Damar Latri Setiawan who is still in the position of President Director of PT Pegadaian.

Meanwhile, in the ranks of Commissioners of PT Pegadaian, Nezar Patria, who previously served as Acting President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner, and Yudi Priyambodo and Muhammad Isnaini who held the position of Independent Commissioner, have completed their term of office.

The position of the Board of Commissioners is now occupied by Syafaat Perdana as Commissioner, then Loto Srinaita Ginting is back in the ranks of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pegadaian in the position of Commissioner, and Kukrit Suryo Wicaksono, Trimedya Panjaitan, and Martina who occupies the position of Independent Commissioner.
