JAKARTA - The business of buying and selling vehicles through auction is now increasingly in demand by the public. Innovation and relocation are the keys to success for the auction business in increasing offers and increasing customer satisfaction.

This strategy was carried out by PT Balai Lelang Asta Nara Jaya (AUKSI). This company continues to innovate in improving the quality of its services. Most recently, the AUKSI updated the official Online Auction platform and relocated the auction pool to a more strategic location to provide a more comfortable experience for customers.

Director of AUKSI Tantu Agung Suharto, emphasized that the company's main focus is to create a safe, transparent, and easy auction process for anyone to follow.

"We want to make sure that every customer feels the ease, clarity of information, and comfort throughout the process, starting from looking at units, participating in auctions, to taking vehicles," he said in an official statement, Friday, July 4.

Agung also said that this service improvement is a tangible form of AUKSI's commitment to providing reliable and relevant auction experience in the digital era.

With the service foundation that continues to be strengthened, continued Agung, AUKSI is optimistic that it can answer market needs and build trust-based long-term relationships with customers throughout Indonesia.

For AUKSI, continued Agus, the online auction platform also plays an important role as the main channel in the online vehicle auction process. Currently, about 90 percent of the total vehicle auction transactions at AUKSI are carried out through digital platforms.

"This figure shows customer confidence in the online auction system at AUKSI which is efficient, safe, transparent, and easily accessible from anywhere," he said.

Through online auction platforms, customers also have the flexibility to explore the various choices of vehicle units to be auctioned. Each unit is equipped with comprehensive information about the condition of the vehicle, specifications, and visual documentation.

"So that customers can consider options more carefully without having to come directly to the pool," he said.

Agus also said that the AUKSI online auction platform was perfected with various new features to improve user comfort. Starting from registration, it is more practical to use email and phone numbers.

Then, verify the account via email to maintain user safety. Then, informative dashboards that display all features clearly and transparently. Furthermore, flexible deposit systems, can be used for the next auction or returned at any time independently.

"Then, the appearance of the updated auction unit, is fresher and easier to understand. Also, the process of taking vehicles and documents is more organized and efficient," he said.

Relocation of Pool Auctions

As one of the main operational areas, the city of Semarang has become the basis for AUKSI auction activities in meeting customer needs in the Central Java region and its surroundings through an auction pool which was previously located in Ngaliyan District.

Now, to further improve the quality of services for customers, the AUKSI has relocated the auction pool to a new, more strategic location, namely Pamularsih Raya Street Number 43, Bongsari Village, West Semarang District, Semarang City, Central Java.

Agus said that at this new location, the AUKSI presented a wider pool facility by loading more than 120 vehicles to be auctioned off, as well as supporting the smooth inspection of vehicles and unit retrieval processes by customers.

"This relocation is also part of AUKSI's ongoing steps in aligning the quality of digital and physical services, in order to provide an integrated and comfortable auction experience for all customers," concluded Agus.
