Badanas Records Red Onion Price Of IDR 38,570 Per Kg, Chicken Meat IDR 34,931

JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of shallots at the consumer level reached Rp. 38,570 per kilogram (kg) compared to the previous day's Rp. 39,997 per kg, while broiler meat fell to Rp. 34,931 per kg from the previous Rp35,104 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel on Wednesday, May 14, other food prices at the retail level nationally, namely premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,559 per kg, slightly decreased from the previous price of Rp. 15,577 per kg.

Then, medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,637 per kg decreased slightly from the previous day of Rp. 13,733 per kg; then Bulog's rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) at a price of Rp. 12,660 per kg, slightly increased from the previous Rp. 12,642 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp6,012 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,197 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,625 per kg decreased from the previous recorded Rp10,847 kg.

Next, garlic at a price of IDR 42,570 per kg decreased from the previous day, it was recorded at IDR 43,053 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp. 51,045 per kg decreased slightly from the previous record of Rp. 51,643 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp.46,344 per kg decreased from the previous day recorded at Rp.46,618 per kg; red cayenne pepper of Rp. 54,022 per kg decreased from Rp. 54,490 per kg.

Badanas also noted that the pure beef commodity at a price of Rp. 134,730 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp. 135,583 per kg, chicken eggs for Rp. 29,033 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 29,172 per kg.

Sugar consumption at a price of Rp. 18,547 per kg decreased slightly from the previous record of Rp. 18,562 per kg.

Then, the price of packaged cooking oil at a price of Rp. 20,605 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 20,741 per liter; bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 17,659 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 17,885 per liter; Oilita at a price of Rp. 17,470 per liter decreased from the previous level of Rp. 17,631 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour at a price of Rp. 9,749 per kg or decreased slightly from the previous record of Rp. 9,809 per kg; then packaged flour at a price of Rp. 12,760 per kg or decreased from the previous record of Rp. 12,921 per kg.

Next, the commodity of bulge fish at a price of Rp41,481 per kg increased from the previous record of Rp40,761 per kg; tuna fish at a price of 34,188 per kg rose slightly from the previous Rp33,803 per kg; then milkfish at a price of Rp34,326 per kg decreased from the previous Rp33,835 per kg. Then, consumption salt at a price of Rp11,422 per kg increased compared to the previous price was recorded at Rp11,645 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp. 104,815 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 107,717 kg; local fresh buffalo at a price of Rp. 136,875 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 141,216 per kg.
