AGMS United Tractors Approves Dividend Distribution Of IDR 7.8 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) approved to distribute a total dividend of IDR 7.8 trillion or equivalent to IDR 2,151 per share for the 2024 financial year.

The dividend value includes interim dividends of IDR 2.4 trillion, so that the remaining dividends to be distributed are IDR 5.4 trillion.

United Corporate Secretary Tractors Sara K. Loebis explained that the remaining dividends of IDR 5.4 trillion will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders on May 8, 2025 at 16:00 WIB.

"And it will be paid to the Company's Shareholders on May 28, 2025," Sara said quoting Antara.

Meanwhile, the remaining net profit of IDR 11.7 trillion will be allocated as the company's retained profit.

In the AGMS, the company also appointed the latest board of directors and commissioners, including Director Ari Sutrisno, Director Hendra Hutahean, Commissioner Gita Tiffani Boer, and Independent Commissioner Ignasius Jonan.
