Amalia said that the import value of March 2025 increased by 5.34 percent on an annual basis or year on year (yoy) when compared to the same period in the previous year which was valued at 17.96 billion US dollars.

"Where the value of non-oil and gas imports rose 7.91 percent and oil and gas imports decreased by 5.98 percent," he said.

Amalia said the increase in the annual import value was driven by an increase in non-oil and gas imports with an increase in total imports of 6.45 percent.
