JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), one of the country's construction companies, through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, held a Cancer Fighter Care Smile (sUPPer) activity at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital, Jakarta, Thursday 13 February.
The event was attended by 150 participants, consisting of children with cancer who underwent hospitalization or outpatient treatment, as well as parents accompanying patients. This event was held thanks to the collaboration between PT PP and Srikandi PTPP, the Employee Wife Association of PTPP (IIKPP), and support from Dharmais Cancer Hospital.
In his remarks, the President Director of Dharmais Cancer Hospital, Dr. Soeko W. Nindito D. MARS expressed his gratitude to PTPP.
"Thanks to PTPP for its care and concern program for child patients at Dharmais Hospital," he said.
SUPPer activities are intended to provide emotional and educational support to pediatric patients and their families through a series of inspiring events, such as talk shows with cancer survivors, education about cancer awareness, and interactive games that build the spirit of children cancer fighters.
PTPP's Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo stated, this event is part of the company's commitment to have a sustainable positive impact on society.

The Dharmais Cancer Hospital construction project was carried out by PT PP with a contract value of Rp474.3 billion, using funds from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
