Good News From Elnusa, A Subsidiary Of Pertamina Distributes Dividends Of IDR 74 Billion

JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) received good news. The reason is, the Pertamina subsidiary decided to distribute dividends as much as 30 percent of the net profit for the 2020 financial year, or approximately IDR 74 billion.

Elnusa's Corporate Secretary, Ari Wijaya explained, in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the company continues to strive to provide the best performance. Elnusa was also able to achieve a net profit of IDR 249 billion in 2020.

"From the profit, 30 percent of the net profit or equivalent to IDR 74 billion will be distributed as dividends. Shareholders will receive dividends of IDR 10.239 per share", he explained in a virtual press conference, Wednesday, July 21.

The dividend is planned to be paid 30 days after the end of the AGMS. Elnusa's remaining net profit of IDR 9.96 billion or 4 percent of it will be allocated as mandatory reserves.

Meanwhile, the IDR 164.39 billion or about 66 percent of the profit will be retained earnings. The AGMS also approved changes to the composition of the management for members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.

The results of the AGMS decision, Tenny Elfrida as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs concurrently serves as Director of Finance. Then Rony Hartanto as Director of Operations concurrently as Director of Business Development.

After the changes, the following is the composition of the board of commissioners and directors of Elnusa.
