"Maybe almost 80 percent of coal mining companies in the first half of last year in Indonesia have all experienced it. This is a fairly heavy problem faced by all mining companies related to production quotas set by the government," he explained.
To overcome this problem, he continued, IATA is currently submitting a revision of the RKAB to the government. The company hopes that the revision of the production quota that is being processed can be approved immediately so that production volume increases again and the company's performance can recover.
"We are taking care of, we are processing the revision of the RKAB. The revision of our production quota. With the change or the revision of the RKAB, it is hoped that the company will recover soon, that is the first. But fundamentally, our coal mining business activities are still going quite well. Infrastructure has been built," he said.
With the readiness of infrastructure and plans to increase capacity, management is optimistic that IATA's performance can improve again if the revision of the RKAB goes smoothly.
