JAKARTA - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) with the issuer code SMRA again recorded a positive operational performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year. Supported by the development of nine integrated city areas spread across Kelapa Gading, Serpong, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Karawang, Makassar, Crown Gading, and Tangerang, Summarecon managed to record marketing sales of IDR 5.53 trillion in 2025, an increase of 27 percent and exceeded the target set at IDR 5 trillion.

This achievement was conveyed in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) and Summarecon Public Expose which was held on Thursday, June 11. The growth in marketing sales was mainly driven by the high market demand for new property products, especially in the middle and upper middle segments which still showed strong purchasing power.

President Director of Summarecon, Adrianto P. Adhi, conveyed that in the midst of various ongoing economic challenges, his party was grateful that the medium and upper middle-income housing market still showed good resilience to demand for Summarecon products that prioritize innovation, high development quality, integrated area development concepts, and have long-term investment value.

"In the future, in facing the economic challenges that are still ongoing until now, Summarecon will continue to maintain prudent cash management, pay attention to market changes that occur and remain focused on the development of sustainable Integrated Cities to create long-term growth for all stakeholders," he said.

Throughout the 2025 fiscal year, Summarecon recorded revenue of IDR 8.77 trillion, while net profit was recorded at IDR 1.20 trillion. The Property Development unit, which includes residential, commercial, and apartment sales, recorded revenue of IDR 5.51 trillion and is still the largest contributor to Summarecon's total revenue of 63 percent.

Meanwhile, the Investment Property and Management (Investment Property) segment showed positive growth with revenue reaching IDR 2.28 trillion in 2025, an increase of 6 percent, mainly supported by an increase in shopping center rental revenue of IDR 113.85 billion.

This unit as a whole contributed 26 percent of the total overall revenue. As for the Other Business segment, it also recorded growth with revenue of IDR 981.12 billion, an increase of 1 percent compared to IDR 967.31 billion in 2024. This increase mainly came from the contribution of the hospitality business which continues to show positive performance. This unit contributed 11 percent of Summarecon's total revenue.
