The tariff reduction is valid for four days, namely two days before the peak of the homecoming and two days after the peak of the return flow.
Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A Purwantono said the discount policy was part of a program requested by the government to provide stimulus to the public while helping vehicle distribution on toll roads.

This policy is expected to encourage travelers to return early, so that there is no spike in vehicles at the weekend after Lebaran.
"The reverse flow after Lebaran will then appear again on Saturday and Sunday. Because we don't expect it to pile up on Saturday & Sunday, 28-29 (March), it is withdrawn to 26 and 27 (March)," he said.
According to Rivan, his party still calculates the corporate aspect and ensures that the discount does not interfere with Jasa Marga's performance.

The 30 percent toll rate discount will apply in one direction specifically for continuous travel.
The tariff reduction applies to a number of major toll roads, namely five Trans Java sections, including Jakarta-Cikampek, MBZ Flyover, Palimanan-Kanci, Batang-Semarang and Semarang Sections A-C.
Discounts also apply to two West Java toll roads, namely Cipularang and Padaleunyi (origin or destination of Cisumdawu). Meanwhile, in the Trans Sumatra region, discounts are applied to two sections, namely the Belawan-Medan-Tanjung Morawa (Belmera) Toll Road and the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road.
