Hana Bank Disburses Rp100 Million Scholarship

JAKARTA - PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) has disbursed scholarships worth a total of IDR 100 million to the Jakarta Indonesia Korean School (JIKS) for outstanding students from Korea who are studying in Indonesia. This scholarship is given as a form of support for the academic achievements of students who continue to strive to achieve their dreams in the midst of various challenges.

The scholarship handover ceremony was attended by the Head of JIKS Lee Sun Ah, Deputy Head of JIKS Im Ju Seop and Kim Il Hwan, Chairman of the Academic Committee of JIKS Mok Eui Soo, as well as Hana Bank President Director Ko Yung Ryul and Hana Bank Finance Director Mun Seong Hyeok.

"We believe that education is an important foundation in shaping the future of the younger generation. Through this scholarship, Hana Bank hopes to provide support and encouragement for Korean students in Indonesia to continue to excel, grow, and dare to dream bigger," said Hana Bank President Director, Ko Yung Ryul, Thursday, January 8.

The Head of JIKS School, Lee Sun Ah, thanked Hana Bank for its continued attention and support in supporting Korean students in Jakarta to grow into superior talents for the community in the future.

"We hope that the students who receive this scholarship can grow into creative leaders and contribute to the progress of society," he added.
