JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (INALM) presents INALUM Culture & Learning Festival (ICLF) as a company's effort to improve the quality of human resources. The activity that took place during this week (1 - 5 December 2025) presents the theme Forging a Culture of Growth, Ownership, and Sustainability to Lap Forward with three classes, namely Sustainability, Ownership, and Growth.
Director of Strategic Support & Human Capital INALUM Benny Wiwoho said that ICLF is the company's step in fostering a sense of desire to learn and grow from every INALUM human being. This is needed by the company to provide a competitive, agile, and innovative industrial ecosystem.

ICLF is an annual program of the Strategic Support & Human Capital Directorate that has been running for three years, and this year carries the theme Forging a Culture of Growth, Ownership, and Sustainability to Lap Forward as a form of INALM commitment in building a work culture that encourages sustainable growth, a sense of ownership, and concern for sustainability through various learning programs, training, and discussion forums to improve competence and readiness for INALM people to face the challenges of the aluminum industry.
Since it was first held, ICLF has become a forum for cross-generational learning and function by presenting internal and external resource persons, as well as means of conveying achievements and strategic directions of the company, so as to strengthen the value, culture of learning, and spirit of collaboration towards one common vision.
In 2025, the ICLF was held in 36 sessions with 41 speakers, with the number of participants reaching 2,951 participants, this figure increased 21.2 percent compared to 2024. This shows that interest in the ICLF program continues to increase significantly from year to year.
