Ahead Of Nataru, Pertamina Projected Consumption Of Pertalite And Pertamax Soared 2.3 Percent

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga projects that gasoline or gasoline consumption such as Pertalite and Pertamax will increase by 2.3 percent during the period of Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun said the peak current at Christmas is predicted to occur on December 24 and 25, 2025.

Meanwhile, the peak current of the new year is expected to occur on December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

"There is an increase of approximately 2.3 percent for gasoline products. Then for LPG, because there is a holiday, it is predicted that there will be around 3.3 percent increase in consumption," said Roberth, quoted on Thursday, November 27.

The increase in consumption is also predicted to occur in aircraft fuel, avtur of 2.4 percent, especially tourist areas.

Then for kerosene or kerosene, it is predicted to increase by 6.2 percent.

"Cross or kerosene, although in general it has been converted, but there are still some areas that still use kerosene or kerosene, there is 6.2 percent," explained Roberth.

On the other hand, gasoil or diesel consumption actually decreased by 2.8 percent.

Roberth explained that this decline was due to large vehicles for operations such as trucks being limited in movement.

"This is because usually trucks or operational vehicles, which in addition to basic necessities and the public interest, are usually limited from operating," said Roberth.

Untuk mengamankan pasokan, lanjut Roberth, Pertamina menyiapkan infrastruktur penyaluran energi meliputi 7.885 SPBU, 6.777 Pertashop, 6.634 agen elpiji yang akan dipasok dari 736 SPBE, serta 223 agen minyak tanah secara nasional.

"Pada saat nanti di Satgas Nataru, kita juga siapkan ada sekitar 1.866 SPBU, tentunya pasti ini juga terkonsentrasi di daerah jalur mudik atau balik yang akan beroperasi 24 jam, kemudian sekitar 6.231 agen elpiji yang disiagakan terkait dengan hari libur," tandas Roberth.

Pertamina juga menyiagakan sebanyak 56 titik layanan BBM dan Kios Pertamina Siaga, 188 motoris BBM, dan sekitar 1.819 outlet untuk elpiji Bright Gas.

To secure supply, continued Roberth, Pertamina has prepared energy distribution infrastructure including 7,885 gas stations, 6,777 Pertashop, 6,634 LPG agents which will be supplied from 736 SPBE, as well as 223 kerosene agents nationally.

"At the time at the Nataru Task Force, we will also prepare around 1,866 gas stations, of course, this will also be concentrated in the homecoming route or back which will operate 24 hours, then around 6,231 LPG agents on standby related to holidays," said Roberth.

Pertamina also alerted 56 fuel service points and Pertamina Siaga Kiosk, 188 fuel motorists, and around 1,819 outlets for Bright Gas LPG.
