A Year Prabowo-Gibran: 3,019 Land Cases Complete Prevent Potential Loss Of IDR 9.67 Trillion

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid revealed, during one year President Prabowo Subianto's administration, his party had completed 3,019 land cases.

Nusron said the conflict resolution over the past year saved the potential loss to the state of Rp9.67 trillion.

"Through quick and collaborative cross-institutional steps, the potential loss of Rp9.67 trillion was saved from dispute resolution, conflicts and land cases in various regions," Nusron said in a written statement quoted from the official website of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Monday, October 27.

According to Nusron, the settlement of the land dispute is not only about legal certainty, but also about saving state assets and protecting people's rights.

In its report, from October 2024 to October 2025, there were a total of 6,015 land cases received by the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Of this number, 3,019 cases or 50.02 percent have been successfully resolved through mediation, data verification and coordination with law enforcement officials (APH) and local governments (Pemda).

The other 3,006 cases are still being handled measurably through non-litigation mechanisms and agrarian reform pathways.

From the settlement of the case, 13,075.94 hectares of land were rescued, both from illegal possession, overlapping rights and potential abuse of assets.

It is known, the value of the loss was successfully prevented from reaching Rp9.67 trillion, consisting of real losses that were successfully stopped (real loss) of Rp6.72 trillion, potential losses due to disputes (potential loss) of Rp1.67 trillion and potential loss of state revenue (fiscal loss) of Rp1.27 trillion.

"Every land conflict is successfully resolved, meaning that there is state money saved, there is a community family whose rights are restored and justice is upheld," he explained.
