In each warehouse, continued Suyamto, Bulog assigned special officers who were responsible for monitoring and examining the quality of grain and rice from farmers.
Suyamto said that all incoming rice must go through a thorough inspection process, involving independent surveyors to ensure transparency and accuracy of quality standards.
