JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has started the construction of the Bima City Regional General Hospital (RSUD) as part of efforts to improve hospital classes to support cancer, heart, stroke and uronefrology (KJSU) services in the region.
The project worth IDR 130.3 billion is targeted for completion in December.
The construction of the Bima City Hospital is funded by the State Budget through the Bima City Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and is part of the derivative of the Ministry of Health's Fastest Results Program (PHTC).
This project is in line with national priorities to increase hospital capacity and quality in 66 remote districts/cities, from Type D to Type C.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim stated that the construction of the Kota Bima Hospital is a real step for Hutama Karya and the government to accelerate the improvement of the quality of regional hospital services, especially in remote areas.

Later, the Bima City Hospital will stand on an area of 2.5 hectares with a building area of 7,557 square meters, consisting of a main building with 3 floors and 1 roof without a basement and a 1-story utility building.
The hospital will be equipped with 20 types of rooms, such as emergency rooms, operating rooms, radiology, cytoxic, pharmaceuticals and others.
As a Type C hospital, the Kota Bima Hospital is required to provide basic specialist services, such as internal illness, surgery, midwifery and children.
Modern facilities such as operating rooms, ICUs, NICUs, complete laboratories and advanced radiology equipment will also be available.
