JAKARTA - To anticipate a surge in passengers during the long holiday in May 2025, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) increased the carrying capacity of 9,948 seats per day in order to provide maximum service to the community.

"In total, 9,948 additional seats are available every day during the long holiday period," he said.

Furthermore, he said the optimization of train stamformation was carried out on a number of favorite trains, including the Malabar Train (Malang "Bandung), Argo Sindoro Train and Argo Muria Train (Semarang Tawang Bank Jateng"Gambir), Menoreh Train (Semarang Tawang Bank Jateng "Pasarsenen), to Lodaya Train (Solo Balapan "Bandung).
