Ogah Rugi, Bahlil Mau Timbang Tabung Gas LPG Before Disalurkan Agent

CILEGON - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia ensured that the public will get 3 kg of LPG in accordance with the volume set. Therefore, he emphasized that he would arrange regulations so that the weight or amount in the tube is truly guaranteed.

Bahlil said that so far he had received many reports regarding the volume of LPG received by the public, only ranging from 2.5 kg to 2.7 kg.

"We are currently making regulations so that in each SPBE before being lifted to the truck to be taken to the agent or to the base, we will use scales. So, I don't want 3 kg to not reach 3 kg," Bahlil said during his working visit to Cilegon City, Thursday, March 13.

During the working visit, Bahlil also visited the base and SPBE in Cilegon City to ensure that the LPG volume was in accordance with what was listed in the gas cylinder by 3 kg and the price imposed was in accordance with the Highest Retail Price (HET).

"Earlier I checked here the price at the base is Rp. 19,000, the same as the HET. Earlier I also visited the SPBE so that the weight or amount of 3 kg is really guaranteed. We know that the average is usually only 2.5 kg-2.7 kg," explained Bahlil.

Bahlil blang, this is in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's order that every IDR 1 subsidy disbursed by the government really targets people in need.

On the same occasion, Bahlil also emphasized that the government would not hesitate to take action if there were bases or agents who committed violations. In addition, he will also take firm action against unscrupulous LPG gas suppliers who have the potential to harm the community.

"Later, if there are agents or bases that play games, we will pull out and I will eradicate these oplosan. So the supervision is not playing games for LPG matters," said Bahlil.
