BPP HIPKA 2025 National Working Meeting Raises Theme Of Success In 8 Percent Economic Growth Target

JAKARTA - The Central Board of the KAHMI Entrepreneurs Association (BPP HIPKA) officially opened a National Working Meeting (Rakernas) on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The event this year has the theme "HIPKA's Role in the Success of the Prabowo-Gibran Program Achieving 8 percent Economic Growth".

The event, which was carried by the KAHMI Entrepreneurs Association (HIPKA) was attended by various officials to businessmen spread across 34 provinces. Among these figures, the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming / Investment Coordinating Agency (BKPM) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani conveyed a keynote speech about investment strategies in order to encourage 8 percent economic growth.

Chairman of BPP HIPKA Kamrussamad in his opening remarks said that this year's National Working Meeting not only established a strategic work program, but also developed a risk mitigation strategy in dealing with the dynamics of the domestic and global economy.

"With this strategic work program in 2025, HIPKA as a forum for alumni of the Islamic Student Association (KAHMI) to excel optimistically can take a role in the success of the Prabowo-Gibran program which targets 8 percent economic growth," said Kamrussamad when opening the 2025 HIPKA BPP Working Meeting, at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta.

In addition, the National Working Meeting is expected to build synergies between business people and regulators in order to maintain the stability of the business world. The National Working Meeting also functions to consolidate and evaluate organizational performance in the previous year.

In addition to the opening ceremony, the National Working Meeting will also be equipped with material briefing delivered by several sources. Among them, the National Nutrition Agency, BTN, BP TAPERA, SMF and other resource persons.

It is known, President Prabowo Subianto targets Indonesia's economic growth to reach 8 percent. To achieve this, Prabowo is targeting investment realization of IDR 3,414 trillion by 2029.

Meanwhile, Indonesia's investment realization throughout 2024 was recorded at IDR 1,714.2 trillion with an absorption of 2,456,130 workers. Thus, there is still a lot of room for entrepreneurs to contribute to the achievement of this government's target.
