BRI Ragunan Project Garapan PTPP, Faster Than Target

JAKARTA - The era of globalization and rapid advances in information technology require companies in various sectors to continue to innovate in accelerating the transformation of digital application.

PTPP as a large company that already has a track record in the construction sector also supports national development and is also present to encourage the development of digitalization in all sectors through the contribution of modern infrastructure development.

"This time, PTPP participated in the construction of the IT Center area, one of the largest banks in Indonesia, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) by working on the BRI Ragunan IT Center Area Package 1," said PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, in a written statement, Tuesday 11 February.

As for the project that will encourage BRI digitization, PTPP has a contract value of IDR 517 billion with a work implementation plan from August 30, 2024 - April 21, 2026 or for 600 working days. The latest update that we can convey in this project is very positive development progress, where when the project planning is running, it is projected that until now it will only reach 5.36 percent.

"However, in the realization of PTPP with all the experience that has been passed has succeeded in accelerating up to 10.47 percent, so this project already has significant progress reaching 15.84 percent from August 30, 2024 to February 4, 2025," said Joko.

This strategic project itself will in the future become a center of technological innovation that will play an important role in the development of digitalization in Indonesia, especially through Bank BRI. In working on this BRI Ragunan Package 1 IT Center project, PTPP also plans to use the HCS (Hollow Core Slab) precast slab plate to be used on the elevated sky bridge.

As well as to be more complete and support future trends, this project will also be planned to provide parking areas with charging stations to support the green building design. In terms of its uniqueness, this project will provide a new feel in building development, where the BRI Ragunan IT Center Area will have an Elevated Sky Bridge in the area that connects 3 Buildings, namely DIGI, Techno, and Cloud.

Even to offer a beautiful and magnificent impression, the creation of connectivity between every building within the area will be created a landscape that is made like a circuit. Then there is also the Facade Area using a unitized system and there is the BRI 3D logo as an icon.

"The construction of the BRI Ragunan Package 1 IT Center area is one of the digital building projects that has an important role in the development of digitalization in Indonesia. The completion of this project will increase the capacity and competence of PTPP in building building projects using the latest technology and innovation, and still prioritize quality and safety," concluded Joko.
