JAKARTA - Ensuring that the capital's business area remains competitive, supports economic sustainability, and becomes a center of national and international activity, the Greater Jakarta Main Distribution Unit (UID) PLN provides Zero Down Time (ZDT) services. This service ensures the uninterrupted electricity supply at three premium business centers: Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Mega Kuningan, and Gelora Bung Karno (GBK).

ZDT is designed to maintain the sustainability of business activities and various international-scale events in the region. With special infrastructure and 24-hour supervision, PLN guarantees business operations run without electric barriers.

"The Zero Down Time service is our commitment to support economic growth by providing the best electricity supply," said General Manager of PLN UID Jakarta Raya, Lasiran in a written statement received Monday (30/12).

SCBD, which is the center of elite offices, restaurants, and premium entertainment, relies heavily on stable electricity. Mega Kuningan, home to many multinational companies, and GBK, major events such as concerts and sporting events, also includes ZDT's service priorities.

"We ensure that customers in key business areas can focus on activities without worrying about electricity supply," Lasiran added.

PLN UID Jakarta Raya not only provides reliable electricity supply, but also uses digital technology to monitor the network in real-time. Rapid response teams are also alerted to anticipate potential disturbances, ensure ZDT services remain optimal. "This service supports the smooth running of business activities, investments, and international events in Jakarta," concluded Lasiran.
