JAKARTA - The leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 companies Bitget have launched "Pitch n Slayer," a special initiative under the Blockchain4Her program organized to provide exposure for female entrepreneurs in blockchain spaces.
Built on a large Bitget project through the US$10 million Blockchain4Her program, the program expands its targeted support for startups led by Women by offering them the opportunity to get funding of up to US$100,000 from Foresight Ventures.
This funding was accompanied by valuable guidance from experienced professionals in the blockchain industry.
The "Pitch n Slayer" program, created in partnerships with organizations such as World of Women, Women in Web3, and Bitget Wallet, was prepared to offer women entrepreneurs the opportunities to receive the capital, guidance, and exposure needed to improve their projects.
Additional partnerships with Foresight Ventures and Morph highlight the suppression of Bitget in uniting resources and guidance from leaders in the blockchain ecosystem.
During the program, the selected participants will undergo a rigorous guidance and development process.
After the initial pitching round, finalists will receive support in terms of market strategy, scale, and technology, led by industry experts including Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, Taya A, CEO of World of Women, Min Xu, Partner of Foresight Ventures, Tess Hau, Founder of Tess Ventures, and other Web3 leaders.
Held on November 15 in Bangkok, Thailand, finalists of the "Pitch n Slayer" program will present projects that have been refined before a panel of investors and judges.
Of the three main startup winners run by selected women, they will get a grant to advance their startup journey.
The first winner will take home 5.000 US dollars, the second winner will earn 3.000 US dollars and the third winner will get 2.000 US dollars.
The three will meet the requirements for further pitching to Foresight Ventures, if the deal is approved, each can receive funding of up to 100,000 US dollars in pre-defense form.
Bitget's constant focus on supporting women on Web3 is part of its strategy to create funding and growth opportunities accessible to female entrepreneurs led by company CEO Gracy Chen.
"Bitget is a proud gender inclusive organization, with more than 45 percent of our management role held by women. Through Blockchain4Her, it is an honor for us to support Women founders with the opportunity to gain exposure, guidance, and funding. We will continue to develop this platform, create growth opportunities and strengthen startups led by women on Web3," Chen said.
