Reshuffle Of The Board Of Directors Of Perum Bulog, Erick Thohir Appoints Iryanto Hutagaol As Director Of Finance

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir has again reshuffled the board of directors of Perum Bulog.

This time, Erick appointed Iryanto Hutagaol as Director of Finance to replace Bagya Mulyanto.

Not only that, Erick also dismissed Sonya Mamoriska from the position of Director of Transformation and Institutional Relations.

Even so, there is no information related to the replacement of Sonya Mamoriska.

The change was conveyed by Perum Bulog Management through its official Instagram account @perum.bulog. The company appreciates the performance of Bagya Mulyanto and Sonya Mamoriska.

"The big family of Perum Bulog expresses his gratitude for the dedication of Mr. Bagya Mulyanto as Director of Finance of Perum Bulog and thanks to Mrs. Sonya Mamoriska for carrying out the mandate as Director of Transformation and Institutional Relations of Perum Bulog," wrote Perum Bulog quoted Monday, October 14.

Perum Bulog also welcomed the joining of Iryanto Hutagaol in the board of directors of Perum Bulog.

"We also congratulate Mr. Iryanto Hutagaol as Director of Finance of Perum Bulog," reads the company's further statement.

In early September, Erick also reshuffled the board of directors of Perum Bulog.

At that time, Erick removed Bayu Krisnamurthi from the position of President Director he has held since December 1, 2023.

The position of President Director was replaced by Wahyu Suparyono, who previously served as President Director of PT Asabri (Persero). As well as adding to the position of Deputy President Director held by Marga Taufiq. Marga itself is known to be a Retired General (Ret.) TNI.
