There Is A Celebration Of The Prophet's Birthday At The Istiqlal Mosque, KAI Commuter Adds 10 Train Trips

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) or KAI Commuter added 10 KRL train trips today.

The addition of this train trip is in anticipation of an increase in passengers considering that there is an agenda for the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday with Ustazah Halimah Alaydrus.

The celebration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday was held at the Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta.

At the same time, there is also an agenda for conveying the aspirations of the Palestinian Defense People's Alliance in the Monas area.

VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter Joni Martinus said the high enthusiasm of the community to attend the location of this activity, KAI Commuter took steps to increase train travel.

"That's why, today we added 10 Commuter Line trips from morning to evening, as well as additional security personnel in the station area," he said in an official statement, Sunday, October 6.

Joni said the additions made were steps to anticipate the high public interest, as well as to serve users comfortably, and reduce congestion at stations located near where the activity took place.

Meanwhile, regarding the number of security personnel from the internal and elements of the TNI, continued Joni, it was also added to maintain the safety and comfort of users, and so that passenger flow can be regular.

"Officers at the station will also block the station hall for density restrictions on station platforms. This must be done for the safety and security of Commuter Line users," he said.

At Juanda Station, continued Joni, KAI Commuter alerted 30 security personnel. Meanwhile, at Gondangdia Station, 23 security officers were added.

KAI Commuter appealed to all users to continue to prioritize safety and security, following directions and instructions from officers at the station.

"Especially for users who bring children, make sure the children are always under surveillance while traveling, and do not force them to be in the crowd," said Joni.

Joni reminded users who wait in the platform area, to always prioritize users who will leave, and stand not crossing the safe line and prevent users from leaving the Commuter Line.

"KAI Commuter also urges the public and become orderly users by prioritizing mutual safety," said Joni.
