Becoming A Center And Creative Incubator, Nuanu City Will Be Completed In 2027

JAKARTA - The creative and modern area, namely NUANU, was built with an area of 44 hectares around Nyenyi Beach, in Beraban Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali. This area is dedicated to building a center and creative incubator, which encourages collaboration and experimentation among arts, culture, creative business, and social entrepreneurship.

CEO of Nuanu Creative City Lev Kroll said that Nuanu is a sustainable and future-minded area that combines cutting-edge technology, environmentally friendly infrastructure, and cultural wealth to encourage a harmonious environment.

"Nuanu is equipped with advanced infrastructure, including smart area technology, renewable energy systems, efficient transportation, and a resilient waste management system," he told the media crew, Monday, September 30.

Lev said the Nuanu area had been opened to the public in July 2024 and it was planned that the construction would be completed in 2027.

"The completion for all NUANU projects in 2027, is in accordance with our schedule," he explained.

In addition, Lev targets 5 million visitors next year in the NUANU region to combine art, culture, innovation, and social aspects.

In addition, Lev said that Nuanu will also encourage creating new jobs, innovation, and increasing tourism, as well as preserving Balinese cultural heritage and also planning to invest in community development projects such as education and health care.

Lev said Nuanu had received significant investment from allocated investors and funds to be carefully managed to ensure sustainable urban development and support long-term goals in innovation, infrastructure, and community welfare.

"Nuanu aims to improve Bali's economy by attracting high-end tourism, creating jobs in various sectors, and positioning Bali as a center of creativity and global innovation," he explained.

Lev explained that by providing opportunities for local businesses and prioritizing local jobs, his party aims to bridge the gap and contribute to prosperity.
