On September 15, Anindya Bakrie used the 29th floor at the Kadin Tower for Defense activities with the Minister of Law and Human Rights Supratman Andi Atgas, which was also attended by the Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly Bambang Soesatyo.

On the same date, the Arsjad Rasjid camp also held a Press Conference on the Statement of the Attitude of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry regarding the 2024 Kadin Munaslub plan, on the 3rd floor of the Kadin Tower.

However, Arsjad was unable to access the room on the floor because it was blocked by an unknown person. As a result, the event was moved to the JS Luwansa Hotel.

Unlike Arsjad, Anindya is actually freely using the Kadin office at the Kadin Tower.

On September 16 yesterday, Anindya held the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday there, together with the Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry and associations.

Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) for the period 2021-2026 Arsjad Rasjid admitted that since he first served as Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he has checked the status of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry office at the Kadin Tower.

Arsjad explained that the Kadin office, which is located on the 24th and 29th floors, the Kadin Tower, is a legacy from the general chairman and previous administrators.

"According to the story, at that time there was a term between Kadin and investors, then the Kadin Tower Building was built. Kadin got 2 floors, on the 24th and 29th floors," said Asjad in an official statement, quoted Tuesday, September 17.

According to Arsjad, the status of the Kadin Tower Building and the offices on both floors belong to all members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and do not belong to the Bakrie family group or family.

The office operation, continued Arsjad, was contributed by many businessmen and companies who were members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

"The office should belong to all members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. However, we are not allowed to enter," he said.

Launching from the site of each building.id, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tower is a height building as high as 169 meters, on the 30th floor and five basements located on Jalan HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta.

Now the building is managed in a strata title and developed by a company called Kalindo Deka Griya.

The Architects Pacific design building together with its local partner Arkipuri Internasional was built in 1995 and completed two years later, 1997 by national contractor Tatamulia Nusantara.

The project worth 60 million US dollars (1997, equivalent to Rp144.9 billion rupiah exchange rate per Rp1 trillion inflation 2023) was inaugurated by the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Kadin) Aburizal Bakrie on June 22, 1997. Kadin became the largest tenant of this building by occupying 11 floors.
