Government And Banggar Agree To The 2025 State Budget Bill

JAKARTA - The Government and the Budget Agency (Banggar) of the DPR RI approved the Draft Law on the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RUU APBN).

"Do we agree on the results of the work meeting today and will we continue at the upcoming Plenary Meeting on September 19? Agree?" said Banggar Chairman Said Abdullah while tapping the hammer for approval, at the 2025 State Budget Bill Level I Meeting at the Parliament Complex. DPR RI, Tuesday, September 17th.

As for the results of the meeting, it was agreed by nine party factions, namely with eight agreeing, and one agreeing with the record.

Previously, Said explained that the state revenue target in 2025 was IDR 3,005.12 trillion, consisting of tax revenues of IDR 2,490.91 trillion and Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of IDR 513.64 trillion. As well as grants of IDR 581.1 trillion.

Furthermore, state spending in 2025 was set at IDR 3,621.31 trillion, with details, central government spending of IDR 2,701.44 trillion, consisting of ministry and institutional expenditures of IDR 1,094.55 trillion and non-ministerial and institutional expenditures of IDR 1,606.78 trillion. Then, Transfer to Regions (TKD) amounted to IDR 919.87 trillion.

"The primary balance is IDR 633.31 trillion, the deficit is IDR 616.18 trillion, aka 2.53 percent of GDP," he said.

In addition, it also agrees with the 2025 indicator target, namely, the poverty rate 7 percent - 8 percent, the extreme poverty rate 0, the Gini ratio 0.379-0.382, the open unemployment rate 4.5-5.0, the Human Capital Index 0.56, the farmer exchange rate 115-120, and the fishermen exchange rate 105-108.

Said said that the 2025 State Budget posture was designed to maintain a credible and sustainable state budget in line with maintaining sustainability.

"This is also a strengthening through superior programs in the context of accelerating to realize the vision of Indonesia Gold. Not Indonesia Cemas 2045," he concluded.
