Run Quick Wins Pranowo Program, Ministry Of Agriculture Gets A Budget Worth IDR 29.37 Trillion In 2025

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) received an additional budget for 2025 worth IDR 21.46 trillion.

With this addition, the Ministry of Agriculture's total budget for 2025 is IDR 29.37 trillion.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture Sudaryono said that initially the budget obtained by the Ministry of Agriculture for 2025 was IDR 7.19 trillion.

After discussing the budget with the DPR's Budget Agency (Banggar) and based on a letter from the Director General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance, it was decided that the Ministry of Agriculture would receive an additional budget of IDR 21.46 trillion.

"So that the ministry's total budget next year will be IDR 29.37 trillion," he said in a working meeting with Commission IV of the DPR, at the DPR Building, Jakarta, Thursday, September 12.

Sudaryono also detailed the use of the budget. He said, as much as Rp. 15 trillion will be used to support the quick wins program of the elected president Prabowo Subianto. Such as printing 150,000 hectares of rice fields and intensification of 80,000 hectares.

Then, Rp6.4 trillion was used to support non-quick wins programs.

Among them, Rp4.33 trillion was used to increase rice and corn production.

"And IDR 2.13 trillion for increased meat and milk production," said Sudaryono.

Responding to the plan, the Chairman of Commission IV of the DPR, Sudin, also asked the Ministry of Agriculture to prepare seeds or seeds, farmer business groups, and all things to support the rice field printing program.

"Is the time enough to print the rice fields. Please pay attention to the tertiary irrigation," said the Sudin.
