Danamon And Adira Finance Participate In SPOGOMI, A Form Of Commitment To Concern For The Environment And Waste Issues

JAKARTA - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) and PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) participated in the SPOGOMI activity which took place on Sunday, September 1, 2024, during Car Free Day in front of the Mori Tower Building, Sudirman, Jakarta. Jin Yoshida, as Director of the Global Alliance Strategy Danamon (low right) was also present with Danamon volunteers.

Jin Yoshida said: 'SPOGOMI is a sports activity while collecting popular garbage in Japan, and through this activity we together with our subsidiary, Adira Finance, participate to show our commitment to helping reduce the amount of garbage on the road which of course can have a good impact on the environment.'

This SPOGOMI event is in the form of a competition, where there are regulations, namely that participants must remain in the area that has been determined by the committee, if participants leave the designated area they will be disqualified.

There are several types of waste collected at this event, where Danamon and Adira collect the type of 'Residu' waste or the type of garbage that is difficult or cannot be recycled easily which will get 50 points for every 100gr of waste collected.
