Adhi Karya Wins New Contract Of IDR 12 Trillion Until July 2024

JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI) won a new contract of IDR 12 trillion until July 2024. The new contract achievement came from the energy and construction business lines (90 percent), property and hospitality (4 percent), manufacturing (4 percent) and investment and concessions (2 percent).

"As of July 2024, we have obtained a new contract of Rp12 trillion," said ADHI management at the 2024 Public Expose, Wednesday, August 28.

Meanwhile, throughout 2023, ADHI managed to record a new contract of IDR 37.4 trillion. Management said, if the new contract was added to carry over of IDR 36.6 trillion, the company's total book order would reach IDR 74 trillion.

"The power of this order book is expected to support Adhi Karya's growth in the next two or three years," he said.

Currently, ADHI has won five of its biggest projects this year. First, Sumbawa shrimp pond facilities and infrastructure belonging to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Rp3.2 trillion, Vice Presidential Palace in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) Rp1.3 trillion, EPCC Jetty & Propylene Storage Tank Rp0.7 trillion, Balang Island Bridge Short Phase 2 Rp0.5 trillion and IKN Authority Building Rp0.3 trillion.

Management explained that funding sources are still dominated by the government, namely 34 percent (APBN) and loans or loans of 14 percent. Then, followed by BUMN/BUMD of 44 percent as well as the private sector and others 9 percent.

"When viewed from the portfolio, the source of government funding is relatively still dominating, along with loan or loan projects. This is an illustration of Adhi Karya's support strength in the years to come," he said.

Based on data as of July 2024, Adhi Karya has 113 active projects and 48 National Strategic Projects (PSN). "So, these projects are expected to contribute revenue until 2025," he added.
