Demonstration Action, 10 Gambir Station Departure Trains Dismissed In Jatinegara

PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta changed its operating pattern on several long-distance trains departing from Gambir Station today.

This is due to a demonstration around Monas and a road to Gambir Station which can cause users to be hit by traffic jams.

Public Relations of KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Ixfan Hendriwintoko explained, for trains that had not stopped at Jatinegara Station, they would be dismissed at Jatinegara Station.

"At normal times, trains departing from Gambir Station do not stop at Jatinegara Station, but specifically on Thursday, August 22, train departures between 09.00 WIB and 17:00 WIB will stop at Jatinegara Station to serve passenger rides," he said in a statement, Thursday, August 22.

Meanwhile, Ixfan added that the train departure time from Gambir Station did not change.

"It is hoped that customers can avoid the risk of congestion that may occur due to the diversion of traffic flow to Gambir Station and have the option to depart from Jatinegara Station," he explained.

Ixfan said users who want to get more information about train travel and KAI services can contact Contact Center 121 and KAI 121 social media.

The following is a list of long-distance train trips departing from Gambir Station (KA Even), and dismissed at Jatinegara Station:

1. Argo Bromo Anggrek KA 2 Gambir Surabaya Pasar Turi, departs 08.20 WIB;

2. Argo Cheribon KA 26 Gambir Cirebon, departs 08.30 WIB;

3. Taksaka KA 68 Gambir Yogyakarta, departs 09.20 WIB;

4. Pangandaran Plb 7028A Gambir Banjar, departs 09.30 WIB;

5. Sembrani Plb 62A Gambir Surabaya Pasar Turi, departs 09.50 WIB;

6. Argo Cheribon KA 22A Gambir Cirebon, departing 10.10 WIB;

7. Manahan KA 80 F Gambir Solo Balapan, departs 10.30 WIB;

8. Argo Merbabu KA 20F Gambir Semarang Tawang Bank Jateng, departs 14.20 WIB;
