The Release Of The Kertosono-Kediri Segment Toll Road Reaches 46.8 Percent Until July 2024

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) through its subsidiary PT Jasamarga Ngawi Kertosono Kediri (JNK) noted that the land acquisition progress for the 20.3 kilometer Kertosono-Kediri segment had reached 46.8 percent until early July 2024.

President Director of PT JNK Arie Irianto said that the land acquisition for this toll road went according to the set schedule. The Ngawi-Kertosono-Kediri Toll Road segment of Kertosono-Kediri crosses two districts, which is 18.3 km located in Nganjuk Regency and 2 km in Kediri Regency.

Until July 2024, PT JNK recorded land acquisition in the two districts, reaching 42.7 percent for Nganjuk Regency and 64.8 percent for Kediri Regency.

"Overall, land acquisition for the Ngawi-Kertosono-Kediri Toll Road segment of Kertosono-Kediri covers 2,732 plots in 21 villages located in five sub-districts, namely Sukomoro, Tanjunganom, Prambun, Banyak and Grogol. The total payment of Compensation Money (UGK) has reached Rp1,227 trillion with a direct payment scheme by the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN)," said Arie in a written statement, quoted Friday, July 19.

Arie added, with the current progress, PT JNK continues to support the Land Procurement Commitment Making Officer (PPK) to accelerate the land acquisition of the Kertosono-Kediri segment, so that the target of construction work can be in accordance with the predetermined schedule.

Currently, PT JNK has also pocketed the Final Engineering Plan (RTA) for the toll road segment.

"The construction schedule will adjust to the availability of land with a minimum progress of 80 percent on a gate to gate, the construction service procurement process will begin immediately. So, the construction between one gate and the other will not be cut off in the middle and can be operated continuously," he said.

Later, the Kertosono-Kediri segment will be equipped with one junction, namely Kedungsoko to connect the operating Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road.

In addition, there are two interchanges located in Nganjuk Regency and will be connected to the Sugihwaras access road and Kediri Regency which are connected to the Many access roads. The Kertosono-Kediri segment is also planned to have two Toll Gates (GT), namely GT Sugihwaras and GT Kediri.

Then, after being fully connected and operational, the total length of the Ngawi-Kertosono-Kediri Toll Road managed by PT JNK is 108.55 km. This toll road will also connect economic centers in southern East Java to support access connectivity to Kediri International Airport.
