Kadin: Hotels In IKN Ready To Be Used On August 17, 2024

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) revealed that the Nusantara Hotel which was built by the Agung Sedayu Group (ASG) in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) is ready to be used on August 17, 2024.

"Indeed, currently, the example of Pak Aguan alias Sugianto Kusuma and his friends there together to build the Nusantara Hotel as originally. Later on August 17, the hotel will be ready to be used," said Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arsjad Rasyid in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday 15 July.

Arsjad also said that other facilities such as hospitals and retail have started construction at IKN.

"But turning back is the focus now on (celebration) August 17 first," he said.

The Nusantara Hotel was built covering an area of 20,164 square meters with a building height of 43.10 meters.

A hotel building consisting of nine floors will have 191 rooms with six types of rooms.

Each room type is the Premier Twin as many as 61 units, the Premier King as many as 102 units, the Junior Suite as many as 14 units, the Executive Suite as many as 12 units, the Disable Room as many as 1 unit, and the President Suite as many as 1 unit.

The construction of this hotel is the result of a consortium investment initiated by Agung Sedayu Group (ASG) consisting of nine domestic private companies worth IDR 20 trillion.

The development of the capital Nusantara carries the concept of a smart and forest city, namely a smart city that is sustainable, environmentally friendly, and technology-based.

This concept is aimed at answering the challenges and problems that the capital Nusantara will face in the future, as well as to support the growing needs of the community.
