Minister Of PUPR: Land Bank Facilitates Development Of Naratetama Airport

JAKARTA - Acting (Plt) Head of the IKN Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono, revealed that the Land Bank Agency facilitated the construction of very very very important personnel (VVIP) Naratetama Airport by accelerating land supply.

"We appreciate the Land Bank Agency in accelerating the provision of land for airport construction sites with an area of 621 hectares," said Basuki Hadimuljono as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 26.

This appreciation was expressed by Basuki Hadimuljono while reviewing the construction of Naratetama Airport located in Lango Beach Village and Gersik Village, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province.

"Kalau tidak ada Badan Bank Tanah yang melakukan percepatan penyediaan lahan, proyek pembangunan bandara tidak akan jadi, kami ucapkan terima kasih," tambahnya.

The visit was made to ensure that the airport construction as a supporting infrastructure for the connectivity of the City of Nusantara runs well, smoothly and can be completed according to the target.

"We ask all parties to continue to support the development of the City of the Archipelago," said Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Raja Juli Antoni.

All parties are asked to coordinate with the Land Office and the local BPN Regional Office to accelerate the development of IKN.

"Continue to support and coordinate for work to accelerate the development of the city of Nusantara," said the Acting Deputy Head of OIKN.

The head of the North Penajam Paser Regency Land Bank Agency Project, Syafran Zamzami, said that the Land Bank Agency was here to ensure land availability for the public interest and national development.

One of them is by providing land as a construction site for Naratetama Airport.

"We are committed to ensuring land availability for a just economy and supporting national development," he said.

With Naratetama Airport, it will provide good economic benefits for residents of North Penajam Paser Regency.

The Land Bank Agency currently has 18,758 hectares of land inventory assets in 30 regencies and cities in Indonesia with HPL status, in North Penajam Paser Regency there are 4,161 hectares and 621 hectares are provided for airport construction, as well as 1,758 hectares for agrarian reform. Then the remaining areas of 4,161 hectares managed by the Land Bank Agency are provided for commercial areas, ports, education, development of public facilities and others, said Syafran Zamzami.
