Four SOEs Will Be Diverted To Danareksa, Here's The List

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) Yadi Jaya Ruchandi revealed, there are four BUMN patients of PT Asset Management Company (PPA) that will be transferred or transferred to Danareksa.

Yadi said the four SOEs are companies that have the opportunity to be saved or restructuring out of a total of 15 PPA patients.

"Four SOEs that we will increase," he said at a hearing (RDP) for the BUMN Restructuring and Restructuring Committee, at the DPR Building, Parliament Complex, Monday, June 24.

Yadi revealed the four SOEs, namely PT Usahasan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam (Persero) or Persero Batam, PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero), PT Dok and Peralangan Kodja Bahari (Persero), and PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero).

Furthermore, of the four SOEs, the Batam Company is projected to be completed this year.

Meanwhile, continued Yadi, for inbreng BUMN manufacturing, namely PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is targeted to be carried out from 2025 to 2026. Meanwhile, for SOEs shipyards are targeted to be completed next year.

Those are all into Danareksa, and this will create new clusters. Where if these companies come in we will create new clusters so that the handling will be more focused," he explained.

For your information, PPA received a special power of attorney (SKK) from the Ministry of SOEs in 2020 to entrust the management of 21 SOEs and one subsidiary. Of these, eight SOEs have been disbanded.

The eight SOEs consist of PT Iglas; PT Industri Sandang Nusantara; PT Istaka Karya, PT Kertas Kraft Aceh; PT Kertas Leces, PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines; and PT Pembangunan Armada Niaga Nasional (PANN).

Meanwhile, a subsidiary of the PANN, namely the Multifinance PANN, is still waiting for the disbandment of PP.

The six SOEs included in the group to drink operations and threatened with not being able to survive are PT Indah Karya (Persero); PT Dok & Shipship Surabaya (ship budget); PT Amartha Karya; PT Barata Indonesi; PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya; and PT Semen Kupang.

Then, there are four other sick SOEs that still need further treatment. The SOE is included in this category and has the potential to be saved up to 50 percent.

The four SOEs in question are PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia; PT Primissima (Persero); Perum Percetakan Negara RI; and PT Djakarta Lioyd (Persero).
