Serve Energy Needs To Remote, Performance 2023 Pertamina Patra Niaga Positive

JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga's performance as Pertamina's Commercial and Trading Subholding, shows a positive trend in carrying out the mandate of fulfilling the distribution of fuel and LPG subsidies, Aviasi fuel, industrial fuel and Petrokimia to remote areas of the country.

Pertamina Patra Niaga recorded a positive performance for the 2023 financial year.

Operating performance and consolidated marketing performance which include Retail, Corporate and Subsidiary marketing in general increased compared to 2022.

In the Retail segment, the realization in volume is almost the same as sales in 2022.

However, in the corporate segment that serves industrial fuel, Aviasi, Petrokimia, and trading, the volume rose 17 percent with a growth of 3.9 percent.

Likewise, with the performance of its subsidiaries, its sales volume also increased by 17 percent with growth of 11 percent.

Meanwhile, Pertamina President Director Patra Niaga Riva Siahaan explained, as Pertamina's Commercial and Trading Subholding, First Patra Niaga became Pertamina's extension to serve the energy needs of the community to all corners of the archipelago.

"To serve energy needs in rural areas and 3T areas, the One Price BBM program has added 89 new distribution agencies according to the government's target and the One Village One Outlet Program as many as 65,133 new outlets to reach wider communities," explained Riva.

Throughout 2023, he added, Pertamina Patra Niaga also continues to expand its fuel conversion program to LPG in the implementation of Government assignments for the provision and distribution of LPG Initial Packages for Fishermen and Farmers as many as 53,625 packages.

"We are committed to carrying out assignments from the government in distributing subsidized fuel and LPG," he added.

Throughout 2023, Riva continued, Pertamina Patra Niaga managed to complete a gas station repair program at 1,890 gas stations and 875 gas stations in Red Carpet.

To support government programs in the distribution of subsidized fuel, 98 percent of gas stations have been equipped with Signal Exception. In addition, the number of motorized vehicles using subsidized fuel that have registered has increased by 4.5 million.

"Everything we do is to improve services to the community and also efforts to encourage the subsidy transformation program to be right on target," he said.

For ease and service integration in the industrial sector or B2B consumers, Pertamina Patra Niaga developed a system called Pertamina One Solution (POS).

In recent years, Riva continued, Pertamina Patra Niaga has also intensively educated consumers about Pertamina's superior products.

As a result, in 2023, consumers will exchange tubes from 3 Kg LPG to Bright Gas as many as 12,815 tubes.

"To support Pertamina's program in the energy transition era, Pertamina Patra Niaga has also increased the number of Green Stations which are gas stations with a one stop integrated energy solution scheme in 425 outlets," he said.
