Bank Tanah Prepares 274 Hectares Of Additional Land For Bandra IKN

JAKARTA - The Land Bank Agency has prepared 274 hectares (ha) for additional land for the construction of Naratetama Airport (very imported person/VVIP) in infrastructure to support transportation for the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), the new capital city of Indonesia which was built in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan Province.

The construction of Naratetama Airport is in the process carried out by the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, said Head of the Land Bank Agency Parman Natamadja, in Penajam, Tuesday, June 11. "We are only preparing land for the construction site of Naratetama Airport," he said, reported by Antara. The construction of the Naratetama Airport (Bandara) on the land of the former Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) PT Triteknik Kalimantan Abadi (TKA) which is currently under the Land Management Rights (HPL) of the Land Bank Agency. The land of the former HGU PT TKA managed by the Land Bank Agency covering an area of 4,162 ha is located in Jenebora, Gersik, Lango Beach, and Riko Villages in Penajam District and Maridan Village in Sepaku District. "The central government has increased the area of Naratetama Airport area, there is an increase in the land side and air side of the airport," he also said. The construction of the airport ground side including the terminal handled by the Ministry of Transportation, and the construction of the air side of the runway is handled by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. "The runway of the airport runway for the IKN transportation support is 3,300 meters," he said again.

The first Land Bank body prepared 290 ha land for the construction needs of Naratetama Airport, then the central government increased the airport area to 347 ha. Then the central government expanded the Naratetama Airport area to 621 ha, he said, so that the Land Bank Agency again prepared 274 ha additional land for the airport construction. The land for the construction of Naratetama Airport, which is currently 621 ha, is located in two areas, namely Lango Beach Village and Gersik Village in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, said Parman Natamatmadja.
