Published 587 KKPR Documents During 100 Working Days, AHY: This Is Something Good

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, revealed that his party had issued 587 documents of approval for the Compliance of Spatial Utilization Activities (KKPR) for 100 working days from February 21, 2024 to June 1, 2024.

The estimated investment value of the document reached IDR 58.28 trillion.

"From February to June (or during) 100 days, there were 587 KKPR documents (published) with an estimated investment value of IDR 58.28 trillion. This is something good," AHY said in a written statement, Saturday, June 8.

AHY said that from the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Number 13 of 2021, the number of KKPR documents issued continues to increase.

"Total, sudah ada 2.398 dokumen yang telah diterbitkan dengan nilai investasi mencapai Rp926,65 triliun," katanya.

In addition, under AHY's leadership for 100 working days, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has also completed the preparation of 75 Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR). This figure is fairly progressive considering that the Ministry of ATR/BPN must complete 2,000 RDTR.

"The number of our RDTR per day is 508 RDTR. So, there are an additional 75 RDTR. Meanwhile, those that have been integrated with Online Single Submission (OSS) have increased by 24 RDTR," he added.

For your information, President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) as well as the new Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR) on February 21, 2024.

The Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs was filled by Hadi Tjahjanto, who originally served as Minister of ATR/Head of the National Land Agency (BPN). Meanwhile, the position of Minister of ATR/Head of BPN which was just filled by the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).
